Proper Extracts

Live extract products offer an accurate representation of the living plant. 

Dried plants and living plants are inherently different in aroma and flavor because the more volatile terpenes and flavonoids burn off during the drying process. Live extracts are produced from cryogenically frozen whole plant cannabis that is extracted with n-butane (BHO).

After selecting the plants we want to use for concentrates, they’re harvested and immediately frozen in our cryogenic freezer. The plants are then extracted at the exact same temperature they were frozen at to ensure that all of the terpenes remain intact.


All Proper concentrates are full spectrum extracts (FSE), strain specific, and single origin. 


No PG, PGE, or other cutting agents are used. We do not use resaturization or CRC. No shortcuts are taken.

Badder

Proper Cannabis Live Badder is a BHO concentrate created from fresh-frozen cannabis flower. By constant agitating the concentrate, we’re able to very quickly create tiny diamonds until we reach the desired cake-batter like consistency. An average badder takes roughly 24 hours to create.

Diamonds & Sauce

Diamonds are a low and slow process. Nothing is rushed. Proper Cannabis allows their crystals to form naturally in a low temperature environment, growing as large as possible. This process can take 14 to 60 days, depending on the strain.

Rosin

Proper Cannabis Rosin is Hash Rosin, meaning it begins as ice water hash, which is a collection of trichome heads that are suspended in water and then filtered through a series of screens. The filtered material is then freeze dried and refined using only heat and pressure—no solvents. The final product has a badder-like consistency and the same full-spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenes as our other extracts.

Sauce+ Cartridges

Sauce+ 1 gram cartridges combine Proper Cannabis’ signature high terpene sauce with our ultra-pure distillate, giving you a high potency pen that still offers the flavors and cannabinoids of a live resin pen.

HOW TO USE YOUR SAUCE+ PEN

  • Cartridge

    Keep the cartridge stored upright; avoid leaving it in direct sunlight/heat.


    If you experience a leak, return the cartridge with proof of purchase to your retailer.

  • Battery

    To turn on/off: click the button 5 times. 

    To change the temperature: press the button 3 times. We recommend setting it to low (white) or medium (blue). We do not recommend using the highest (red) temperature.

    To Use: hold the button and inhale.

    To Charge: plug in the micro-USB port at the bottom of the pen.

Liquid Diamond Cartridges

What makes Proper Cannabis' Liquid Diamond Cartridges unique is that they are another form factor of Proper’s Diamonds & Sauce. Proper takes their diamonds and sauce, separates them, then melts the diamonds. The sauce is reintroduced to melted diamonds, creating the most flavorful, potent pen possible.

HOW TO USE YOUR LIQUID DIAMOND PEN

  • Cartridge

    Keep the cartridge stored upright; avoid leaving it in direct sunlight/heat.


    Airflow can be adjusted by turning the mouthpiece. For an easier draw, open the airflower. For a tighter draw, close them.

Live Rosin Glass All-in-One

Proper Cannabis Live Rosin Glass All-in-Ones are another form factor of their Hash Rosin. After being homogenized, the rosin is very gently melted before being put into all-glass cartridges.
